How to set up automatic website spell checks

1. Access Your Spling Dashboard

• Log in to your Spling account.
• Navigate to your Spling account dashboard, where you can manage your website checks and reports.

2. Create a New Automatic Check

• Locate the option to set up a new automatic spell check.
• Click on 'New Automatic Check' to begin the setup process.

3. Configure the Check Settings

• Enter Website Domain: This selects the website you want to monitor.
• Set the Frequency: Decide how often you want Spling to perform the spell check:
  • Daily: Ideal for websites with frequent content updates.
  • Weekly: Suitable for sites with moderate update schedules.
  • Monthly: Best for websites with infrequent changes.
• Select Pages to Check: Specify which pages you want to include in the automatic checks. You can choose to check the entire site, some directories, select specific pages, and even manually add pages that might be hidden or private.

4. Save and Activate the Automatic Check

• Review your settings to ensure everything is configured correctly.
• Click 'Schedule Check' to save the automatic spell check.

Managing Your Automatic Checks

‍Once set up, you can view and manage your active automatic checks from the dashboard:

• View Active Checks: See a list of all automatic checks you've scheduled, along with their frequencies and next scheduled run times.
• Edit or Delete Checks: Make changes to your existing checks or delete them if they're no longer needed.
